Privacy policy
This site is a business card, and it collects very little data. This page explains exactly what.
1. Who is responsible
The site vimaxstudio.com is owned by Vimax Studio. If you have questions about personal data, write to info@vimaxstudio.com.
2. What the site collects
The site has no accounts, no comments and no visitor tracking. We don't use analytics, ads or social media buttons. Fonts and images load from our own server, so no third party learns about your visit.
3. Server logs
Like any web server, ours logs technical details of each request: IP address, time, the page opened, your browser and the page you came from. We need these logs to protect the server and fix problems. We don't combine them with other data, and they're deleted automatically after 14 days.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The site doesn't set cookies. Your browser stores only the language you picked, so the home page opens in it next time, and the fact that you closed the language tip. This data is never sent to us.
5. Email
We keep your emails and our replies for as long as the conversation and any related work go on, and longer if the law requires it. Mail is stored on our own mail server. We never add your address to any mailing list.
If you write to us through the form on the site, your name, email and message go to our mailbox, and we treat them just like a regular email. To keep bots out, the form checks a hidden field and limits how many messages can be sent from one address. Your IP address comes with the message so we can block spam.
6. External links
The site has links to our products and other websites. Once you leave vimaxstudio.com, the privacy policy of the site you went to applies.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask what data we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Write to info@vimaxstudio.com. If you think we're breaking the law, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Changes
If the site starts collecting anything else, we'll update this page and the date at the top first.
